Shipping & Delivery
Our aim is to get your order delivered within 5-10 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom and within 15 working days of receipt of payment to all other addresses (Please allow up to 28 days for delivery). We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall refund the price of the products and our delivery charges less £5 or the price of the products (whichev?r is less) in respect of our postal and administrative costs. You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
Privacy & Security
The information you provide on the TheRobotShop.com website will be held only by TheRobotShop.com. Your information will not be given or sold to any outside organisation for its use in marketing without your consent.

Requests made on TheRobotShop.com web site can be logged, however this information is only used for TheRobotShop' statistical use. Any data that may be given to external parties will not be directly attributable to your use, e.g. we may say we have 1000 subscribers in London, but we will not say which subscribers live in London!

Consent:
We recognise the importance of privacy to our customers and visitors, and intend to remain at the forefront of industry developments in this area. We will keep this policy under review and any changes made from time to time will be posted on this page.
Returns & Replacements
You may return most items or any part of an order placed with and sold by TheRobotShop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or the item is defective.

Faulty Items:
 If an item you purchased fromTheRobotShop.com is faulty, return the item in new condition with original packaging and accessories to us within 30 days from date of purchase.

Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice along with the unused product and original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, if:
· Any item is returned more than 30 days after purchase
· Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
Ordering
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order, depending on available stock. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted, paid for and despatched. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
